August 2021

Hello everyone and welcome to my Weebly website!

The first few weeks of this course will be somewhat traditional, but with some new routines and classroom procedures that we hope ensure the safety and health (to the best of our ability) of our students, staff, families and community at large.  It is with sincerity that I commend the students on their attempts to adopt and practice these cautionary routines.  It is a noble deed and is greatly appreciated!

In the event that there is a disruption to the traditional school year because of the pandemic, the blended learning aspects of the course will mostly be an expectation that students are using their time to process lessons, information and instructions from our shared time in the classroom (or online instruction), and use time at home to formulate their attempts at creating and responding to the objectives we aspire towards.

For now I'll be relying on my webpage to communicate with students.  Not all materials and resources for my course can or will be provided on these platforms, as many will require students' presence to share and distribute (like software on our school laptops, for instance).

Thanks for your time reviewing this information!

All the best,
Mr. J. Hale
